We also offer bill payment via phone through the Nexbillpay service. Simply dial 866-803-0039 and follow the prompts.
Please note you must have your account number in order to access these services, your account number can be found on your bill. If you need assistance in locating your account number you may call us at 662-513-3789. The account number is a 4-digit number, all digits should be input including any leading "0"s.
There will be a small processing fee from Nexbillpay added to your bill, this amount will be disclosed to you before checking out. This fee goes directly to Nexbillpay and will not show up on your water bill.
There is an option for Autopay, however note that anyone already set up with an automatic bank account draft with us does not need to re- enroll with autopay, your service will continue as is.
